Bliss Meditation Technique (BMT) is a simple Effortless , scientific and mental technique. It can be practiced sitting comfortably with closed eyes.It is a complete excercise in itself.

Because when we provide rest to our system , it starts to repair itself . 95 % Problems are Psychosomatic in nature and the root cause of all problem is restless mind, mental tension and stress .

Time
Five sitting are required to learn the technique. Each sitting 90 minutes. Duration of technique can be modulated depending upon time availability and mind set of the individual .
